My husband and I moved from Dallas, Texas in 2005. My husband, Richard, is the new choir director for High School.
We have two daughters, Shanae'a who is in the seventh grade and Aria who is in the fifth grade.
Previosly, I taught high school English for 10 years, and then I was an elementary libraian the past 4 years. In my education, I have obtained a Bachelors Degree in English Education from Howard Payne University and a
Masters Degree in Library Science from the University of Noth Texas.
I am excited to be back in the high school English classroom where I will focus on developing the students' writing and literature analysis skills. As a class we will also explore information literacy which is the ability to find and research information to solve a problem.
